Service Description
HNL Airport to JBPHH/Fort Shafter service offers a comfortable and safe ride for up to 4 passengers. With the added convenience of a 40-minute wait in front of your arrival gate with a sign with your name. Our friendly drivers will assist you with your luggage from baggage claim to the car. Please note that all passengers must have base access, which is required with no exceptions. If you live outside near the designated base, then base access is not required. We are open to active duty and military spouses. (This service is also available for on-call pick up, please refer to the shop page.)
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: 1. **Full Refund for Cancellation Before 48 Hours:** - Guests who cancel their reservation at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up/excursion will be eligible for a full refund. 2. **No Refund for Cancellation Within 2 Hours:** - Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled pick-up/excursion will not be eligible for any refund. 3. **Cancellation Fee for Cancellation After 24 Hours but Before 2 Hours:** - If guests cancel their reservation after the initial 24-hour period but before 2 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up/excursion, a cancellation fee of $40 for airport transfers and $200 for beach excursions will apply. 4. **Exclusion of Additional Purchases (e.g., Leis and Aloha Shirts):** - Any additional purchases made, such as Leis and Aloha shirts, will not be eligible for refunds, regardless of the cancellation timing. 5. If your flight is delayed by more than 30 minutes, we offer the option of rescheduling your pick-up or receiving a refund if the rescheduled pick-up falls outside of our operating hours. In the event of a cancelled flight, we provide a full refund. Enjoy stress-free transportation with Airport Rides and Tours. 6. No-shows are not eligible for refunds. We ask that you cancel with ample time to avoid inconvenience. Our drivers dedicate their time to waiting for your arrival, and a no-show means their time is wasted, potentially impacting other pick-ups. No-shows are considered to be 20 minutes after scheduled pick up. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. 7. When booking an XL ride for a party of 4 or fewer passengers, a smaller vehicle will be allocated by default, unless a larger vehicle is expressly requested. For groups of 5-7 passengers, a larger vehicle will be automatically dispatched for your transportation needs. Please be aware that XL rides have a maximum capacity of 2 large luggage items and 2 carry-ons when all 7 passengers in the vehicle. Please call to confirm if more luggage space is needed.
